Dana Wobser is the Chief Administrative Officer at SEAM Group. She directs all aspects of the HR function, including strategic planning and execution, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee training and engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance with all federal, state, and local employment law. Additionally, Dana leads our people and operations, including safety, customer service, and administration.
Prior to joining SEAM Group, Dana served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources for the Oatey Co. in Cleveland, Ohio, and the Director of Human Resources Myers Industries in Akron, Ohio. She has also held various management roles in the areas of training and development and audit, starting her career with Deloitte.
Dana has earned various professional awards, including the Greater Akron Chamber of Commerce’s 30 for the Future, Stark County’s 20 Under Forty, and Walsh University’s Young Alumni Leadership Award. She is a graduate of Walsh University where she received her bachelor’s degree in accounting and her MBA. She also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute, and a SHRM-Senior Certificated Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
