Marcin Sztenke is the Director of Operations for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at SEAM Group. He leads the delivery of predictive maintenance services and reliability programs to clients throughout the EMEA region.
Previously, Marcin served in a variety of roles at Techmadex S.A. in Poland, where he developed an infrared inspection services deliverable and preventive maintenance strategy for the gas industry. He also spent time at SKF, leading customer satisfaction with condition monitoring equipment and sales with automotive OEM clients.
Marcin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and MBA degrees from Warsaw University of Technology. He is also Level II Thermographer.
