Alan Lau is the Director of Service Operations for SEAM Group Asia. He directs all predictive maintenance (PdM) service delivery operations throughout Greater China, Southeast Asia, Southwest Asia, and Australasia.
With more than 30 years of experience managing operations, customer service, and logistics, Alan has worked in key leadership roles for Compaq and Sun Microsystems.
A native and resident of Hong Kong, Alan’s education includes a Master’s degree in Global Supply Chain Management from Polytechnic University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University of Wales Institute of Science & Technology (UWIST), U.K. He is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
